JEFFERSON COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION Regular Meeting – August 14, 2024

GENERAL UPDATES
1. Planning Commission Updates:
a. MaS: Commissioner Sircely sent a draft to DCD staff to help with the development of new
Performance Standards.
b. CK: Commissioner Koan requested a presentation on GMSC results and work.
2. DCD Staff Updates:
a. Upcoming event - DCD Open house scheduled for Friday, August 16, from 9:00-11:00 am.
b. GMSC update - GMSC has provided recommendations to update the County Wide
Planning Policy.
