Hello,
I would, again, like to thank the BOCC and the County Staff on moving
the Hadlock Sewer forward.
Recently the BOCC and staff gave a path to permit prior to the sewer
being installed for those properties getting the sewer.
I see only two permits that are taking advantage of this situation. The
new store by Family Dollar and the expansion of the Hadlock Veterinary.
Perhaps there are more but those two are all I could find on the new
permitting portal.
While it is laudable that the BOCC works on affordable housing there is
more to the story than that.
People also need jobs and retail outlets.
I had hoped that we would all see that happening by now.
