with a limit of up to 50 percent of the venue' s capacity, pursuant to Resolution 24-22.

5. DCD Staff and Director Updates
a. Jefferson County was recently awarded two Department of Commerce grants: “Stock
energy efficient house plans to incentivize the residential sector” and “Encourage energy
efficiency for local industry with new Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy and
Resilience (C-PACER)” for $253,000 and $110,000 respectively. These two grants address
needs articulated by commercial and residential sectors by implementing comprehensive

a. Due to the compressed timeline and review requirements, the Integrated GMA/SEPA
Addendum will be available September 4th.
b. Assignment – Review proposed amendments in preparation for the September 18th
hearing and deliberation on the record. The October 2nd meeting will be reserved for
compiling recommendations.
