The race that turns 70 miles of water into a battleground is back for 2025. Mark your calendars for June 6–8. You know the drill—48 hours to push yourself to the limit, and maybe a little further. <https://mcusercontent.com/cb069e2ef93881d477105d51f/images/1ac4c040-4be8-99e0-031e-055dabdae9dd.png> SEVENTY48 is as straightforward as it is challenging: * 48 hours to cover 70 miles of the Puget Sound’s finest waters. * Human power only—paddle, pedal, row, or whatever gets you from Tacoma to Port Townsend. * No support crews—it’s just you and your vessel. This year, it’s back. Why? Because the folks on shore love to watch you dig deep—and they’ve already reserved the barbecue space. Foss Waterway Seaport joined last year as the new start line location, and this year they’re stepping it up with a pre-race soiree in your honor. Want details? So do we.
