Temporary closure of Shine Road access from SR 104 near Paradise Bay Road starts Sept. 16
PORT LUDLOW – Travelers who use Shine Road near Paradise Bay Road on State Route 104 should take note of an upcoming access closure.
Beginning at 7 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 16, access to Shine Road from SR 104 near Paradise Bay Road will close to all traffic for two weeks. It will reopen on Tuesday, Oct. 1 for right
turns only.
