PLA's Motion for Reconsideration
Dear Mr. Olbrechts:
I am writing on behalf of Port Ludlow Associates LLC in connection with the recent motions for
reconsideration filed by PLA, Lewis Hale, and Leslie A. Powers.
I would be happy to provide a thorough substantive response to the Hale and Powers motions for
reconsideration. If that would be helpful to you, then please let me know and I will do my best
to file the response on Wednesday, January 30.
In any event, I respectfully request that you grant PLA's motion for reconsideration by the
issuance of a modified decision and deny the Hale and Powers motions for reconsideration.
I also respectfully request that you issue your decisions on the motions for reconsideration on
Wednesday or Thursday, January 30 or 31. The timing of your decisions on the motions is
important because your decisions may resolve issues that otherwise might not be resolved
without further appeals.
