When a road is transferred to other authorities, it should be recorded on the LM-0 report and indicated on the maps. We would appreciate receipt of the LM-0 report for the year 1958 and the set of maps accompanying the report at your earliest convenience. One set of the Road Index Maps is to be used for indicating thereon the revisions as to alignment, surface type, roads added to the system, roads transferred out of the system, or roads abandoned during the year 1958, and submit the set of maps with yourLM-0 report. The set of maps submitted by you are part of the reporting data. For each item entered on the LM-0 report, the location of the project is also to be shown on the map in red, giving the exact limits of the road change.. The number shown in the column headed "Item No." on the LM-0 form should correspond to the number identifying the road change on the map. In reporting new roads constructed and added to the county road system, the description, surface type symbol, surface width in feet, and length in miles should be entered in columns 7 through 10 on the LM-0 form. It is desired that a print of the subdivision plats or plans of the improvement be submitted with the reports thus enabling us to plat the location of the new roads accurately on the county maps. In the case where new construction replaces an existing sur- face, the road type, width in feet, and length in miles of the replaced road should be entered in columns 3 through 6, and the information re- garding the new construction to be entered in columns 7 through 10 on the LM-0 form, and the exact location of the project shown on the map. 3 ~ ..- - LM. 1 - - / f`.._. _....-_- .
