Among other needs is a corrected bridge and ferry list from each county for which the necessary forms snd instructions are enclosed. New road inventories are being obtaitl,ed from the State Planning Survey Section in Olympia as fast as each vountyls road .log is completed. 4~1e gill check these figures with you for your concurrance before final calculations are made. The cut-off date for adding. new reads to your County list far this study is January l; 1956. Any additions to your cou~ity road system after your road log is completed anti' before January 1; 1956 should be handled through a memorandum to us. County federal aid project information to be used in the study will be obtained from. the office of r~r. Neil P~1cKay of the Department of :~Iighways in Olympia. We especially solicit your suggestions on any it ems i.n last year's report that may appear to you to be in .error or worthy of special investi- gation:. Sf you think any of the construction or maintenance cost items for your county are wrong,. be sure to submit all the data and factual information necessary to determine a new figure.
