ANALYSIS: The Board of County Commissioners will benefit from this update of the benefit assessments applied in Jefferson County. Fees Included: Clean Water(EH)(Current fees set in Ord 11-1124-14)(Exempts SC, West End, PT Sewer,PL Sewer)(Adj by CPI) On Site Septic(EH)(Ord 05-1103-16)(Adj by CPI) Noxious Weed(Noxious Weed Control Board)(Current fees set in Ord 07-1109-15)(Exempts SC) Conservation District(Current fees set in Res 60-18)(Exempts SC) Port Ludlow Drainage District(Ord 05-0819-24) Fire Protection Assessment(State DNR)(RCW 76.04.610) Landowners Contingency Assessment(State DNR)(RCW 76.04.630) FISCAL IMPACT: None through action today. RECOMMENDATION: Consider in the future amending Clean Water Ordinance to exempt Port Hadlock Sewer hookups. Consider in the future amending the Noxious Weed Ordinance to allow a CPI adjustment.
