This waiver from the provisions of the Jefferson County Interim Critical Areas Ordinance is granted subject to the following conditions. Any deviation from these conditions shall result in this waiver being revoked and the application becoming subject to further review. Page: 2 CAR97-0005 COSTA PACIFIC HOMES CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL 1) All construction activities , including the storage and preparation of materials, shall not occur between March 31st and August 30 of any given year, or encroach upon the designated nest area, or its associated buffer. 2) Construction activity such as indoor finishing work may occur after March 31 . 3) Outside painting of the structure, and landscaping may occur after March 31; however no heavy equipment shall be used; only hand held tools to complete these tasks shall be used after March 31 . 4) The timing restrictions on outside construction activity may be removed by agreement with the Critical Areas Administrator only after further seasonal evaluation has been made.
