Attached please find the Pleasant Harbor Master Planned Resort (MPR) status report that contract planner Cristina Haworth provided to staff from the Point No Point Treaty Council and
Port Gamble and Jamestown S’Klallam tribes in advance of this morning’s periodic check-in meeting.
Changes since the 8/12/2024 report are highlighted within the document. Updated information includes these bullet points:
* The stormwater permit ZONS24-00004 has been issued. Work covered by a Department of Natural Resources (DNR) Forest Practice Application cannot proceed until that authorization is issued.
* Installation of stormwater temporary erosion and sediment control (TESC) measures has begun.
* The county has issued revised comments on the preliminary plat, SUB23-00025.
