Career Advancement: This is part of our efforts to fast-track associates into 100,000 critical roles over the next three years.
Removing Unnecessary Barriers: Over the past year, we’ve focused on skills-based hiring. More than 75% of our U.S. roles do not require a degree, and nearly all of our 1.6 million U.S.
associates are in roles that do not require degrees.
Education Benefits: Through our education benefit, we’re paying for skills certificates that are tied to the top career pathways for our associates.
These investments are making Walmart and Sam’s Club a better place to work, regardless of where someone is at in their career journey. We’re constantly looking for new ways to invest
