This is a checklist to ensure that the following are depicted on a site plan: 1. General. a. Vicinity Map b. Jefferson County Approval Block c. Erosion and Sediment Control Notes 2. Site Plan. a. In no case, shall any such junk motor vehicles be stored in a critical area. 9.) Maximum lot coverage is not to exceed 25%. Lot coverage is defined as amount of impervious surface which includes roof tops, driveways, concrete, etc. 10.) The building height is not to exceed 35 feet. 11.)
