HomeMy WebLinkAboutBOE M020624 �9`sHf NG�� MINUTES BOARD OF EQUALIZATION Regular Meeting — Tuesday, February 6, 2024 at 9:30 a.m. First Floor Conference Room, Jefferson County Courthouse 1820 Jefferson Street, Port Townsend, WA 98368 (Hybrid) CALL TO ORDER: Chair Margaret Taylor called the meeting to order in the presence of Board of Equalization(BOE)Vice Chair Pete Raab, Member Joe Langjahr and Member Joni Blanchard. PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD: Chair Taylor called for public comments, and none were received. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: This item was tabled for a future meeting. The Board conducted hearings for the following appeals: 9:36 a.m. to 10:06 a.m. Vanessa and Evan Rogers. Vanessa Rogers in virtual attendance Appraiser present: Amanda Lockhart BOE: 23-02-R- Parcel No. 990 400 149 BOE members requested additional information on comparables from Appraiser Lockhart. NOTICE OF ADJOURNMENT: After providing closing remarks, Chair Taylor adjourned the meeting at 11:10 a.m. until the next regular meeting or special meeting as properly noticed.
