BOARD OF EQUALIZATION
Regular Meeting — Tuesday, March 12, 2024 at 9:30 a.m.
Commissioners Chambers, Jefferson County Courthouse
1820 Jefferson Street, Port Townsend, WA 98368 (Hybrid)
CALL TO ORDER: Chair Margaret Taylor called the meeting to order in the presence of Board of
Equalization(BOE)Vice Chair Pete Raab, Member Joe Langjahr and Member Joni Blanchard.
PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD: Chair Taylor called for public comments, and none were received.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES: This item was tabled for a future meeting.
HEARINGS: Before each individual hearing, Chair Taylor placed the appellants (if present) and
appraiser staff under oath. The Board conducted a hearings for the following appeals:
