As we turn the page on summer and open the next chapter, autumn, I’m reminded of this quote by an unknown author, “Autumn shows us how beautiful it is to let things go”.
As many of you are aware, the WA211 board, staff, and call center leaders have been engaged in reflection and tough conversations about where WA211 is headed and how to get there. Our
goal is to develop a new business model that can be fully funded, community responsive, nimble and ensures a streamlined system of 211 services across Washington state.
