Shine Road at SR 104 reopens to right turns only Oct. 3
Paradise Bay Road at SR 104 will also be open to right turns only beginning Oct. 3
PORT LUDLOW – Travelers who use the Shine Road and Paradise Bay Road intersection of State Route 104 should take note of upcoming changes.
Shine Road
During the morning of Thursday, Oct. 3, Shine Road will reopen to travelers. The road had been temporarily closed for a safety improvement project <https://links-1.govdelivery.com/CL0/https:%2F%2Fwsd

When the road reopens, access to Shine Road from SR 104 will be open for right turns only.
Paradise Bay Road
During the morning of Thursday, Oct. 3, Paradise Bay Road at SR 104 will also be open for right turns only.
The temporary turn restrictions will continue for approximately three weeks.
