In the Matter of Appointing the County's }
Representative Pursuant to the Bylaws of }
the Washington Counties Risk Pool }
RESOLUTION NO. 23-07
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution No. 96-95 on
November 6, 1995 which revised Resolution No. 6-93, which revised Resolution No. 81-88,
Item 4; and
WHEREAS, due to personnel changes in the County it is necessary to provide for re-
appointment ofthe County's representative to the Washington Counties Risk Pool; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED, that Resolution No. 81-88, Item 4, is amended
as follows:
As required by the By-Laws ofthe Washington Counties Risk Pool, the Board of
County Commissioners hereby appoints the County Administrator to serve as the
County's Risk Manager and as the County's representative to the Board of
Directors of the Pool, and appoints the County's Civil Deputy Prosecuting
Attorney to serve as the County's alternate representative to the Board of
Directors of the Pool
BE IT FINALLY RESOL VED, that Resolution 6-93 and 96-95 are hereby repealed and
replaced.
