Providing Public Hearing Notice }
In the Matter of Finding and determination to }
Declare Certain Personal Property as Surplus }
And Authorize Disposal }
RESOLUTION NO. 32-07
WHEREAS, certain computer equipment, computer peripherals, and copiers belonging to
Jefferson County have been identified by the Central Services Department as no longer required
for County purposes because they are broken, worn out, obsolete, or outdated; and
WHEREAS, the Central Services Director desires to have a Pubic Hearing pursuant to
RCW 36.34.XXX so that the Board of County Commissioners may give direction to the Central
Services Director regarding disposal this surplus County property.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOL VED, that the Board of Commissioners hereby approves the
attached notice and directs the Central Services Department to publish said notice at least one
time in the newspaper of record.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing is scheduled by the Jefferson
County Board of Commissioners for Mondav. April 16th. 2007 at 10:05 am in the
Commissioners' Chambers, County Courthouse, 1820 Jefferson Street, Port
Townsend, WA 98368.
This public hearing has been scheduled for the Commissioners to take
comments related to the disposal of certain computer equipment. Such
equipment to include at least the following:
5 Scanners
12 Printers
34 PC Processors (many with monitors)
5 Laptops
1 Software License (for deletion)
19 Copiers (15 traded' in)
