The Appellant has appealed her case to the State Board of Taxation. The Appellant provided no further evidence to support her appeal. Assessor's Argument and Evidence: The Assessor's Representative presented five comparable properties showing the market value of similar properties in the subject neighborhood. Despite the unique nature of the subject property, the assessment reflects the expected value at which the property could be purchased or sold for as of 1/1/23.
