Appellant's Arguments and Evidence: The Appellant questioned why the values increased nearly 60-70%over the
last two years but acknowledged that the Assessor must use fair market values.The Appellant was not able to
provide any comparable sales to dispute the Assessor's values.
Assessor's Arguments and Evidence: The Assessor's Representative presented a listing of recent sales of
manufactured,double-wide homes in the area supporting the total assessed value.

Washington law requires that the Board of Equalization presume the Assessor's valuation to be correct unless the
Appellant presents clear,cogent,and convincing evidence to the contrary.After consideration of the arguments and
evidence presented by the parties,the Board finds the Appellant did not present evidence necessary to overcome
the presumptive correctness of the valuation established by the Assessor. The Board sustains the valuation
established by the Assessor.
