Having considered the evidence presented by the parties in this appeal,

Appellant's Argument and Evidence:The Appellants argued that the value of the land should be
reduced due to the financed heat pump, rot in the subfloor of the upstairs bathroom leading to mold,
and no suitable drinking water.
Assessor's Argument and Evidence:The Assessor's Representative reviewed the comparable
properties which are on the same water system with trended and adjusted purchase prices of
$613,173 - $751,093 and noted that the property was already assessed under the purchase price of
$635,000 on 5/13/2022 to reflect the needed repairs.
Decision:After consideration, the Board finds the Appellant did not present the clear, cogent and
convincing evidence necessary to overcome the presumptive correctness of the value established
by the Assessor. The Board of Equalization sustains the value established by the Assessor.
