Request Determination
Land $ 118,500 $ 82,000 $ 118.500
Improvements $ 457,019 $ 374,000 $ 457,019
$ 575,519 $ 456,000 $ 575,519
Appellant's Argument and Evidence:The Appellant stated that (1) recent sales of properties were
at a lower value, (2) assessments of land only were lower in neighborhood, and (3) his house had
limited views.
Assessor's Argument and Evidence:The Assessor's Representative noted that the Appellant
purchased the property for$575,000 on April 4, 2022 just 8 months prior to the valuation date. He
also reviewed the comparable properties provided by the Appellant and the Assessor's office.
Decision:After consideration,the Board finds the Appellant did not present the clear, cogent and

by the Assessor. The Board of Equalization sustains the value established by the Assessor.
