Assessor's Argument and Evidence:The Assessor's Representative noted that the Appellant purchased the property for$575,000 on April 4, 2022 just 8 months prior to the valuation date. He also reviewed the comparable properties provided by the Appellant and the Assessor's office. Decision:After consideration,the Board finds the Appellant did not present the clear, cogent and convincing evidence necessary to overcome the presumptive correctness of the value established by the Assessor. The Board of Equalization sustains the value established by the Assessor.
