This road, as shown on Exhibit "B" of the resolution, is located at milepost .68 Right on Jupiter Loop, Brinnon. Analysis/Strategic Goals/Pro's & Con's: There are currently six (6) properties located on Jupiter Loop, milepost ,68 Right. Petitioner has requested the road to be named in accordance with the Jefferson County 911 Emergency Locator System Ordinance #2-0401-91 (JCC 12.20). Notices were mailed to all adjacent property owners and affected agencies. Fire District #4 supports the third name choice Radio Lane and Jeff Com 911 supports all three name choices. The Assessor's Office also supports the name choice of Radio Lane. No other comments were received. In accordance with JCC 12,20.260, the Board is asked to consider the road name choices given, together with the comments received by the affected agencies and accept one of the choices. The Board may choose to deny the petition and return it to the petitioner for resubmission with new name choices. Fiscal Impact/Cost Benefit Analysis: None Recommendation: The Department of Public Works recommends that the Board of County Commissioners review the attached exhibits and name the road Radio Lane.
