IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that Montgomery Lane, County Road No. 542109, be improved as follows:
Upgrade and replace drainage structures in a cooperative proiect with the Port Ludlow Drainage District.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that an appropriation from the officially adopted road fund budget and based on the County
Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the purpose shown:

Resolution Creating County Road Project CR1805
Statement of Issue:
Resolution to create a county road construction project CR1805, This is a cooperative project
with the Port Ludlow Drainage District (PLDD) to improve and replace drainage structures on
Montgomery Lane, County Road #542109.
Analysis/Strategic Goals/Pro's & Con's:
The PLDD is undertaking drainage improvements in the vicinity of Montgomery Lane and
Condon Lane both within and outside of the right-of-way, In conjunction with this work, the
County has proposed and will fund replacement of several additional structures within the
right-of-way of Montgomery Lane. The project will be managed by the PLOD and their
professional engineer.
Fiscal Impact/Cost Benefit Analysis:
The County funded portion for this project is approximately $40,700 out of a total project
cost of approximately $110,000, Funds are available within the 2008 County Roads Budget
and this project is included in the 2008-2013 Transportation Improvement Program as item
#11. The project is currently on the 2008 Annual Construction Program as item #11 as well.
Recommendation:
Authorize and sign the Resolution where indicated and return a copy to Public Works,
