Greetings Commissioners, I want to call your attention to an extraordinary delay caused by the Hearing Examiner Gary McLean. Your clerk Caroline assisted when Greg Ballard of DCD and
I met with him on 5/8/2024. He was given an excellent staff report and copies of the supporting background information. There was time for him to ask questions and also for public comment.
The three of us thought things went very well. We left expecting an answer within weeks. Weeks turned to months with no decision and no request for clarification or site visit, etc.
Caroline has contacted him numerous times on our behalf with no results except "maybe next week." By the time you read this five months will have passed. Please take some corrective
