HomeMy WebLinkAboutA072307 Regular Meeting -- July 23, 2007 MONDAY 9:00 a.m.Meeting Called to Order by Chairman 9:01 a.m.PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD This time is dedicated to listening to the public. All speakers shall confine their remarks to facts that are germane and relevant to County Government. To ensure equal opportunity for the public to comment, all comments shall be limited to three (3) minutes per person. To further ensure equal opportunity for the public to comment, each person may address the Board one (1) time during public comment period. When the green light is on it means proceed to speak; the yellow light will go on when the speaker has one minute remaining; the red light illuminated means stop. In certain cases, such as decisions relating to land use applications, the County Commission does not make the final decision and will not express any opinions in that regard. Comments relating to an item where others make the final decision will not be sent to that decision maker. You will have other forms that will allow your comment to reach the relevant decision maker. The commissioners will typically not respond.
