with a limit of up to 50 percent of the venue' s capacity, pursuant to Resolution 24-22.

9. Staff Update on Supplemental Staff Report for 2024 Amendment Docket
a. Synopsis – In response to the modifications of the proposal for UGA boundary extension
and the airport overlay III, DCD staff have prepared a supplement to the September 4th
staff report with additional analysis.
b. Possible Action (with public comment) – At the discretion of the chair, confirm the
previous recommendation from the September 18th hearing and deliberation.
