There was no Public Comment
Request for additional agenda items - motion to add 3rd quarter appropriations by Stacie P, 2nd by
Heidi E, motion approved.
Motion to approve the August 21, 2024 Minutes by Heidi E, 2nd by Greg B, motion approved.
Expenditure Reports provided by Auditor Brenda Huntingford. Documents can be found in
Laserfiche (see above).
Revenue Reports by Treasuree Stacie Prada.Documents can be found in Laserfiche (see above).
Result of the SAO Single Federal Audit – The state completed its audit and it was clear with no
findings. The audit team congratulated Jefferson County on its performance.
3rd Quarter Appropriations hearing has been moved to October 21.
