Hello Commissioners,
I just wanted to share this interesting article from Clallam County that was published earlier this year. Apparently Sequim had a moratorium on the redevelopment of mobile home parks.
I’m not sure if the new owner of Four Corners or B+R has bigger plans, but maybe this could be something to consider in the meantime…
