21 beds is maximum but it depends on number of people in families currently housed.
Only clean and sober, 2 units 8 beds for Discovery behavioral Health, 4 units 8 beds for believe in recovery. Used by the therapy courts. I unit for transgender youth, 1 unit for Veterans,
and the rest are for homeless families. 1 day to 24 months to stabilize folks to move them into permanent housing.
2 units for crisis beds for Discovery behavioral Health
Phase 2 has infrastructure to accommodate up to 50 people with 40 slots for Trailer/RV guest owned or tiny shelter or tent.
Managed by Kelli Parcher for homeless youth. OlyCAP subsidizes 4 units with our HUD YHDP grant. Additional unit in planning increasing to 8 to 12 bed capacity

Mutual aid
increase service to qualified residents in Quilcene, Brinnon, Tri-Are and other more rural areas of East Jefferson County, in addition to Port Townsend. 5-year target is 40% of Habitat’s
housing solutions are provided to residents in Quilcene, Brinnon, and Tri-Area. For Quilcene and Brinnon that is most often in the form of critical repairs.
