PECC Mid-October Update

We enjoyed seeing many of you at our October 8 PECC meeting and the October 7 in-person regional planning event in Bremerton.
In our October PECC meeting we postponed the planned presentation and utilized our time together for informal network connections, to begin solution brainstorms, and support connections
for follow-on conversations. You can bring questions for the group to future meetings to learn from others in the PECC network!
Wondering what updates are provided at monthly meetings? Recent updates included:
* First Step: Winter coat distribution, Duck Duck Boot event (Oct 21), holiday programs
* Holly Ridge Center: New partnership with KCR for "Growing Together" program, upcoming event with South Sound Parent to Parent (Nov 4)
* Central Kitsap School District: New "Play and Learn" program for ages 0-5
* OESD-114: Free Zoom training on behavior management (Spanish & English, Nov/Dec)
* Child Care Action Council: Upcoming trainings in Kitsap County
* Kitsap Public Health: Mama Moves postpartum group extending into fall/winter
* Clallam County: Fatherhood Cafe planning meeting (Oct 30)
* First Step & Jefferson County Public Health: Infant massage classes starting Nov 5
* First Step & Quileute Tribe: Positive Indian Parenting class starting in November
