Commissioners,
Contrary to what Commissioner Brotherton reported during your Oct 21 BoCC meeting, the SWTF meeting was, apparently, not recorded.
I now doubt that the mandatory notice of special meeting was ever issued.
I am extremely disappointed in the lack of transparency as well as the lack of progress to-date.
How many other violations of OPMA and the county’s policies regarding the conduct of committees have there been?
This is no way to plan the expenditure of $10 million dollars.

Mr. Thiersch,
There was no audio or video recording made of the Oct. 9 meeting, so there are no responsive records for part 2 of your request.
Some additional time will be needed to locate and compile responsive records for part 1 of your request. We estimate that public records responsive to this request will be available
within five business days from today, on or before 10/29/2024. If public records become available in advance of this estimate we will contact you promptly. Conversely, if the County
encounters a need to extend our estimate, we will contact you promptly with a revised estimated date.
Thank you for your patience in awaiting this information.
Sincerely,
Ken Hugoniot
