In the Matter of delegating authority to determine what}
County staff have access to the safe deposit box }
leased from Frontier Bank }
RESOLUTION NO. 77-07
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County did enter into a Lease Agreement with Frontier
Bank to use safe deposit box number 1002 for the storage of computer tapes; and
WHEREAS, that Lease Agreement does require the designation of personnel
authorized to access the safe deposit box; and,
WHEREAS, from time to time the County may need to change the staff designated
to have access to the safe deposit box; and,
WHEREAS, Frontier Bank needs to have someone from the County authorized to
designate changes to the staff authorized to access the safe deposit box; and,
WHEREAS, the County Administrator and Central Services Director are supportive
of this delegation,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOL VED, that the Board of Commissioners hereby
delegates authority to Allen R. Sartin, Central Services Director, to establish and change
the County Staff designated to have access to the safe deposit box under the lease with
Frontier Bank.

Resolution - Delegating Access Authority for Safe Deposit Box
TO:
STATEMENT OF ISSUE:
Frontier Bank will provide a repository for the Information Services' backup files for the
Computer Network. Frontier Bank is out of the flood plain/tsunami zone and should
have minimum risks. This resolution delegates authority to me to change who has
access to the safe deposit box.
