It's time to submit your requests for policy items you'd like to see the Coalition advocate for -- we will review these items in early November and the deadline for submission is TODAY October 24th! Items that land on our agenda are advocated for by our legislative day advocates, our partners, and more! Successful policy requests tend to be: 1) Supportive of the WWRC mission and strategic priorities <http://smartmailerclick.bisglobal.net/act_linkClick.aspx?sm_guid=ODEzNjY2fDc5MzUzNjg5fDF8amVmZmJvY2NAY28uamVmZmVyc29uLndhLnVzfDc1MjQyNTV8aH R0cHM6Ly93aWxkbGlmZXJlY3JlYXRpb24ub3JnL3N0cmF0ZWdpYy1wbGFuLTIwMjEtMjAyNi98MHwwfDB8MTE2MXwwfDB8fDgwODYwMXwx0> 2) Statewide in impact 3) Specific, and targeted (i.e not for full agency budgets) Submit your policy requests here! <http://smartmailerclick.bisglobal.net/act_linkClick.aspx?sm_guid=ODEzNjY2fDc5MzUzNjg5fDF8amVmZmJvY2NAY28uamVmZmVyc29uLndhLnVzfDc1MjQyNTZ8aHR0cHM6Ly9mb3Jtcy5nbGUvZUF nd2lrbzc1OWdQRXRHVTd8MHwwfDB8MTE2MXwwfDB8fDgwODYwMXwx0> <https://media2.charityengine.net/WF/_transactionServerFiles/1161/Ancestrallandsofthe(2).png> WWRP Ranked Lists We’re excited to show you the ranked lists for WWRP and even better, you can see exactly how much will get funded with our $150 Million ask if the legislature meets that level! WWRP covers three main accounts, Habitat, Recreation, and Working Lands. The spread of funding into these accounts will help continue to stimulate our economy and contribute towards restoration and protection of valuable wildlife habitat, farmland, forestland, and ecosystems. Through new equity criteria in the recreation category, top ranked projects are more likely to serve underrepresented, more vulnerable areas with fewer greenspace – contributing towards both access and also health for the whole of the State. Along the way, they talk about Prabha’s immigration experience, how memories are made (and forgotten) over the course of a lifetime, and what it means to watch each other grow older. We get a glimpse into their home movies and photo albums, learning about their family history and evolving relationships with the outdoors, as well as the ongoing shift in their own relationship.
