RESOLUTION NO. 91-07
WHEREAS, it is the desire ofthe County Commissioners of Jefferson County to dispose
of surplus property; and
WHEREAS, a Department within the County's jurisdiction has indicated a need to
dispose of a 1997 Moduline-Lamplighter 41 x 52 Modular Home,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED, by the Commissioners of Jefferson County
that a Notice of Hearing shall be published as required by RCW 36,34.020 particularly
describing the Modular Home to be sold and designating the place where, the day and hour,
when the hearing will be held for such consideration,
APPROVED this 15th day of October, 2007,

Surplus Mobile Home
STATEMENT OF ISSUE:
Public Health purchased a parcel in the Brinnon flood plain. The house should be moved as
there is a danger of flooding.
Jefferson County is in possession of a modular residential structure (1997 Moduline-
Lamplighter 41 x 52) purchased on July 20, 2007 from Winnie Y. Fulton. Public Health
would like to declare the home surplus and dispose of it at the County Foreclosure Auction.
The home is located at 410 Appaloosa Drive in Brinnon.
ANALYSIS:
Selling the home with a condition of moving it relieves the county from the expense of moving
the home,
FISCAL IMPACT:
Positive revenue impact from sale and transferring the expense of moving home goes to the
new owner.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve sale

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Jefferson County Commissioners
will hold a public hearing on the 5th day of November, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. in the
County Commissioner's Chambers, Jefferson County Courthouse, 1820
Jefferson Street, Port Townsend, Washington, for the purpose of declaring their
intention to dispose of surplus County property described as:
Mobile Home Located on Parcel Number 966-900-034 being described as:
1998 Moduline Manufactured Home, 42 x 52, Vehicle Identification No, 117070
located at 410 Appaloosa Drive, Brinnon, Washington,
Your views for or against the sale of this surplus property are invited by
attendance, representation, or letter.
