This road, as shown on Exhibit "B" of the resolution, is located at milepost .05 Right on Verner Ave, Port Ludlow. Analysis/Strategic Goals/Pro's & Con's: There are currently five lots located at milepost .05 Right that will require addresses once the property is developed. A road name is also required in accordance with the Jefferson County 911 Emergency Locator System Ordinance #2-0401-91 (JCC 12.20). There are no adjacent property owners affected by this road naming. Notices were mailed to affected agencies; FD #3 and Jeff Com 911 support all three name choices. No other comments were received. In accordance with JCC 12.20.260, the Board is asked to consider the road name choices given and accept one of the choices. Fiscal Impact/Cost Benefit Analysis: None Recommendation: The Department of Public Works recommends that the Board of County Commissioners review the attached exhibits and name the road Corvus Lane.
