Dear Greg, Heidi and Kate,
We would like to comment on the Ordinance repealing and replacing the Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance in Chapter 15.15 of the Jefferson County Code.
We agree with the BOCC’s recommendations along with the other agencies that have reviewed and made changes to the floodplain regulation plan. We believe that the changes should be approved
and the ordinance updated. It seems like the best thing for our community.
