Do not open attachments or click on links if you are not expecting them. Dear Sir and Madam: I believe I speak for most if not all of my neighbors. My husband and I bought the five-acre tract at 94 Loftus Road and Cape George in 2017. We built a home and barn and keep horses. Most of my neighbors also keep horses and other animals. This is a rural, residential area and people including children ride bikes on Loftus and Cape George. Cape George Road is also used by many of my neighbors to access the Larry Scott Trail as the parking lot connects Cape George Road to the trail. If Cape George becomes the entrance to the Solid Waste facility the current use as a residential neighborhood will be destroyed. There are other sites being considered and I hope you will take the residential nature that this area has become into account when you choose the location for this facility. Thank you. Mary Craft
