Dear Commissioners,
At the suggestion of Heidi during our telephone conversation this morning, I am attaching a copy of the short presentation I plan to give at the Waste Transfer Station Task Force tomorrow,
Nov. 6. Although I had repeatedly requested the Public Works Department to notify me of any developments regarding this project, I was not included in any mailings and only got information
that this meeting was taking place last Friday when the folks in the office apparently discovered that the mailing list had been defective.
I am a resident of J Popper Way (for 37 years). I know this area and these roads intimately. In order for people to access this site from Highway 20 they would have to use back roads
and problematic intersections.
