Paradise Bay Road access to SR 104 in Jefferson County reopens
PORT LUDLOW – Travelers on State Route 104 no longer have to worry about turn restrictions at Shine Road/Paradise Bay Road.
As of 7 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 13, all turns have been restored. Access to Paradise Bay Road had been closed since Oct. 24.
