As previously indicated, it has been determined that Lot 99 is not within the flood way of the creek. The flood way elevation has been re-calculated to 197.33. As previously noted, the low point for Lot 99 is at the northwest comer of the lot at elevation 200.3. In addition, a hub has been placed near the center of the lot at an elevation of 202.2 for future residential construction reference. The first floor elevation shall be established at one foot above the hub for a final floor elevation of 203.20.
