Planning Department business:
Assistant Planner, Tom Aumock, pres~nted the proposed pre~iminary Plat
of Woodland Acres, where Department recommevdations and the Planning
Commission recommendations of preliminary appro~al were presented.
Sam Swanson and David Anders~n~ De~elopers, appeared in regard to the
plat. The Com~issioners will sei up a meetin~ to clarify the~upply
of water available for the plat, with the Port Townsend City Council.
The public hearing will be continued and're<<'onvened on July 7.

Department paint a sign listing the rules and regulations for the

approve and sign bid call for the cleaning and, painting of the
Jefferson County Pepartment of Public Works Offices, to be opened and
read July 7th. \
