1:30p.m. ~eeting reconvened with all members present.
Letter wal? received from Wynne M. Maule, Supervisor, Olyjpic National Forest
re: Land Use Planning Team. Commissioner Mercer was appointed as member of
the Team by motion of Commissioner O'Meara and second by Commissioner :arown.
Eng. Becker asked that consideration be given to the vacation of a certaip
portion of Black Polntroad located within the Plat of Pleasant Tides. Moved
by Commissioner O'Meara and seconded by Commissioner Mercer to'sign resolution'
of intent, setting the hea.ring'date for November 17tbat lO:OOa.m. Unanimous
The z.:emaining correspondence was reviewed with little or no cpmment:
Claim for damages - Thomas T. Lindley.
Two letters relating to the application fora Class EFliquor license'
for Magnolia Foods Inc., Peninsula Food Store, Quilcene. Letters request
Board's dissapproval.
