Left-turn restrictions return to Paradise Bay Road and Shine Road at SR 104
PORT LUDLOW – Left turn restrictions have been reinstated at Paradise Bay Road and Shine Road at State Route 104 in Jefferson County.
Travelers who use Paradise Bay Road and Shine Road at SR 104, near mile post 13.76, will not be able to make left turns onto SR 104 until further notice. A signed detour will lead travelers
around the restrictions.
