9:00 a.m. Meeting reconvenea at this time with all members present.
Call for Bids - for improvement of 0.46 miles of the Mats Mats Beach Road,
County Road No. 10-499 by clearing, grubbing, grading,draining, surfacing
and other work as set forth in the plans was approved by motion of
Commissioner O'Meara second by Commissioner Brown. Bid Opening will be
held May 2, 1977 in the County Commissioner's Chamber at 10:00 a.m.
Board approved letter to Mr. Raymond Holton revoking his building permit
#1052 because of not being in compliance with structural practices and
code requirements. Motion by Commissioner O'Meara second by Commissioner
Brown to approve for Chairman Mercer to sign. Unanimous.
CETA assurances and certifications were approved and signed by motion
of Commissioner Brown second by Commissioner O'Meara for Chairman Mercer
to sign.
Resolution No. 26-77; transfer of funds amount of $1,500.00 from the
Federal Revenue Sharing account to the Jefferson - Port Townsend Regional
Council for payment of expenses incurred by the Architectural survey
of the Hecreation Center. Motion by Commissioner O'Meara second by
Commissioner Brown to approve and sign. Unanimous.

Letter of resignation was recieved from Mark Kosloff member of the Board
of Equalization. Board appointed James 'Bonzo' DeLeo to replace Kosloff
on the Board of Equalization. Motion by Commissioner O'Meara second by
commissioner Brown. Unanimous.
There being no further business before the Board meeting was adjourned.
