I'm sending our attorney reply to us to you. Liz and I are waiting to talk with our Attorney and will have him send the LMC
a letter to "do no harm", also, we hope to be able to continue the maintenance in the Greenbelt. We would also like to
replant vegetation in the greenbelt to absorb more surface water. The PLOD has taken steps to reroute the drainage from
some of our uphill neighbors. Our main issue is the LMC ignoring Critical area's.
