Dear Ms. McConnell,
Thank you again for your and Gabrielle LaRouche's presentation to the Realtors on Wednesday morning. The questions
from the Realtors and the public were good and both you and Ms. LaRouche were able to handle them all quite well.
As apparently you do, I have an interest in the public being informed. Your sending out mailings to inform 3,000
waterfront owners on three separate occassions of the SMP procedings is certainly impressive. I commend you and your
staff for such an endeavor. I pray that the rest of the County departments would use that as a standard when
contemplating various rule additions, changes, etc.
With regard to the WEB link you sent to me for Shoreline Outreach, I did spend quite a bit of time on that web site last
night. I am sure all three of the mailers of which you spoke yesterday are there on that site. However, I could only find
the one sent out in (I believe) October 2007. It is impressive as I am sure the other two are. I would like to take you up on
your offer to answer any questions I may have regarding Outreach. Please consider this as a Public Records Request.
With that in mind, please Email me the following:
1. A copy of each of the three forms/flyers mailed out to each of the three groups of 3,000.
2. The name(s) of the designer(s) of the three mailers.
3. A list of the names and addresses for each of the three mailings (an Excel File would be fine).
4. The criteria for selecting each of the three lists.
5. The dates each of the three mailers were mailed.
6. The name of the contract mailing firm who did the mailing or if it was done in house, the name of the County person(s)
who did the mailing work.
7. A list of the mailer names and addresses that were returned non deliverable and for what reason.

welcome to submit such a request, but you can also just ask me directly if you have further questions about the
