When thinking of Beckett Pt, start with the plat. DCD will follow those provisions. For information on non conforming lots
see page 6-5 of the draft SMP. Section E.1. As well as pg 10-7 section H.
We need your comments and then we will review all public comments with the PC after January 30.

As I read the proposed new SMP, it appears to me that none of the lots at Beckett Point will be able to be remodeled,
added to, replaced, or anything under this plan. Please have a planner review this and get back to me ASAP. I have re-
read it about a dozen times and that seems to be true. After each of us spent $30,000 to get that stupid system, we are
being screwed royally.
Also, it appears that we should be able to get prmits NOW, including for garages, since you cannot invoke the Critical
Areas ordiance on us. Hmmmm.
