SUbJect: SAY NO to MINING
Madams/Sirs:
Please do NOT wreck our precious Hood Canal with destructive mining pits, belts, piers and
other polluting eyesores related to that business. Please amend the current draft of the
shoreline master plan and prohibit them. There are few places of unpolluted beauty left and
here we have a blessed opportunity to suggest these miners move elsewhere...must be some
appropriate place in WA state? Some place inland and OUT of the way...one where the shores
will still be kept sweet and fresh...full of fish and wild life.
